• Min 5 years’ relevant working experience
• Good knowledge/experience in treasury is a bonus.

• Oversee the complete finance and management accounting functions for assigned entities, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, preparation and submission of management and statutory accounts, year-end audits, corporate and tax compliance, risk management, internal controls, and company secretarial matters.
• Manage transactional accounting, General Ledger, and Month-End closing processes.
• Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial analysis.
• Ensure accuracy in the classification of expenses.
• Uphold strong corporate governance and ensure compliance with internal audit requirements.
• Supervise the finance team to ensure timely, accurate reporting and adherence to Group Accounting Policies.
• Manage grant negotiations, applications, administration, and claims, as well as oversee process flow management.
• Contribute to corporate projects such as ERP system implementation, process improvement, and the development of policies and procedures to drive corporate excellence across the Group.
• Supervise an HR & Admin Executive, overseeing office administration and HR functions, including recruitment, interviews, job offers, onboarding, performance management, training administration, and offboarding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize large volumes of complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems, such as Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
