The Opportunity

The role of Medical Sales/Key Account Executive is an integral part of the team. It’s the representative to our customers in both the clinic as well as the hospital settings throughout Singapore.

You will work both independently and within the Singapore team, to diligently plan, organize and carry out activities that will assist the company to meet targets and meet our high expectations for quality customer service. • Minimum Diploma Holder in related field

• Preferably with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English / Mandarin / Japanese / Korean etc. to liaise with a wide diversity of clients

What you will be working on

The team you are joining helps Singaporeans build up more retirement savings through the Retirement Sum Topping-Up Scheme and Matched Retirement Saving Scheme.

In this role, you will:

• Provide support to our Senior/ Managers in effectively executing operational activities, to improve services and operations
• Execute administrative tasks and provide operational support related to the Retirement Sum Topping Up Scheme and Matched Retirement Saving Scheme to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
• Provide CPF member-centric services in the processing of their applications, and handling of their enquiries and appeals.
• Provide support to enable the successful implementation of policy and service enhancements, and outreach initiatives to encourage participation.
• Liaise with internal departments, government agencies and external organisations to deliver seamless services and engage CPF members.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential areas for process improvement to supervisors.
• Review and implement process enhancements where applicable to optimise workflow and service delivery.

• Examine and review project resource quantity requirements and costs prepared by the Sales team.
• Support Sales team in sales documentation from quotation to material buy to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with Sales team to ensure timely material buy for projects.
• Assist Sales team in timely and accurate invoicing and bill collection, coordinating with Finance team as needed.
• Monitor costing to ensure profitability and cost efficiency in projects and business operations.
• Perform project performance analysis including budget vs cost and schedule.
• Manage licence and memberships that are essential to support Sales operations.
• Identify inefficiencies in current workflows, propose innovative solutions, and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
• Perform any other duties directed by management to support business operation.
