Job Descriptions

• Strategise, plan, and review manpower resources at organisational level to support business and organisational growth.
• Review and prepare HR related policies, SOPs, and workflow that align with company's goals and values.
• Ensure overall payroll accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance for all statutory reporting requirements for local entities.
• Conduct talent acquisition activities, including screening, interviewing, reference check and onboarding.
• Maintain the HRIS to ensure accuracy and integrity of HR records and reports, accuracy in attendance, leave, etc.
• Oversee performance management, training and development programs.
• Create a positive workplace culture through continuous employee engagements

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Admin, or equivalent.
• Professional working fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
• 2+ years working experience as an HR Manager leading a team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of Business Development and Strategy in developing and implementing business strategies and planning. The successful candidate will be pivotal in fostering long-term client relationships and driving business growth.

Job Responsibilities

1. Business Development:
   • Develop and Execute Strategies:
   • Formulate and implement business development strategies for existing client relationships and market expansion.
   • Identify New Opportunities:
   • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to discover new client prospects and business opportunities.

   • Assist in business development and client activities to support the team's goals.
2. Client Relationship Management:
   • Maintain Relationships:
   • Build and sustain strong relationships with institutional clients, financial advisors, and other key stakeholders.
   • Understand Needs:
   • Gain insight into client needs and preferences to tailor solutions effectively.
3. Product Management and Development:
   • Collaborate on Solutions:
   • Work with internal teams to create customized investment solutions.
   • Lead Initiatives:
   • Oversee product development from inception to launch, including strategy formulation and roadmap definition.
   • Manage Launches:
   • Handle product launches, including marketing materials and client communication.
   • Enhance Products:
   • Work with portfolio managers and investment teams to refine investment products.
   • Conduct Research:
   • Perform industry and market research.

Job Requirements

• Experience:
  • Manager Position: Minimum 7-8 years in business development within financial services preferred.
  • Assistant Manager Position: Minimum 4-5 years in business development within financial services preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or Finance preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage assurance engagements by defining the audit strategy in consultation with the director / partner and execute it in compliance with the firm’s policies and protocols. When required, you'll personally execute complex audit procedures and lead teams or parts of teams on engagements, depending on the size of the engagement.
• Manage projects and engagements profitably by leading the team to perform efficiently.
• Monitor the assurance team's progress against the plan and alter it when needed.
• Cultivate and manage business development opportunities. Generate new business opportunities by understanding the services provided by our sister concerns and actively assess/present ways to apply knowledge and services.

TO QUALIFY

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Obtained or in the final stages of obtaining CPA Singapore qualification.
• Working knowledge of Caseware audit software a strong advantage.
• At least 3 years of related work experience in a managerial role.
