SUMMARY:

Key Responsibilities

· With a primary role in delivery management, you will be responsible for the project technical delivery and quality assurance of the team’s delivery in conformance to the Bank-defined software delivery methodology and tools. You will partner closely with the group domain team to plan and manage transitioned deliverables.

· Lead and mentor a team of technology Microservice professionals focused on customer onboarding.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables as per the roadmap/agreed scope.

· Candidate is required to work very closely with Cross-functional teams and ensure the microservice modules/SDM documents are delivered on time with quality.

Key Requirements:

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

· At least 15 + years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

· Past technical and delivery experience, preferably in a retail banking or wholesale or business banking environment.

· Have managed team size between 5 and 10

· Experience in SDLC/ Agile delivery (SCRUM)

· Directly lead and manage a team of technical teams.

· Understand and adhere to bank processes such as project governance, change control management etc...

· Ability to manage complex, time-sensitive deployment queues with other teams in the bank.

· Strong organizational and leadership skills.

· Ability to adapt to an environment where requirements change rapidly.

· You must be an experienced developer, with good experience in system integration/interfacing.

· You will typically be assigned to work on specific projects and is expected to support the Application Delivery.

· Manager (ADM) in all relevant technical matters, end-to-end, within the project.

· Depending on the project, your duties may include coding, scripting, building new systems (where necessary) and interfaces. For new system build-up, you may need to provide environmental support during SIT/UAT.

· You are expected to ensure your work is adequately documented and transferred to the production team post-cutover.

· You will be expected to work with the senior developers and system architects in formulating technical solutions that is fit for purpose for your assigned projects. The solution will need to satisfy all security, regulatory and architectural standards.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or business administration, or related field;
• Minimum 5+ years in IT Asset Management;
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and supervise teams;
• Well-versed in IT software and hardware, with a focus on CMDB, ITSM tools, especially ServiceNow;

• Profound understanding of licensing agreements, particularly with Microsoft, IBM, and Oracle;
• Strong skills in vendor management and negotiation;

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and long-term operational and strategic management of hardware and software;
• Plan, monitor, and record hardware assets and/or software licenses to ensure compliance with vendor contracts;
• Keep track of IT assets within the Configuration Management Database throughout their lifecycle;
• Provide KPI/Metric for regular/ad hoc reporting of IT assets;
• Design processes related to software and hardware asset management, execute, and enhance them;
• Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset management;
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance in asset tracking, PO reconciliation, and asset write-offs;
• Perform verification and audit of IT assets - verify software assets with license contracts, confirm hardware assets with actual inventory, and initiate corrective actions.
• Perform wall-to-wall asset tagging across data centers and office locations;
• Collaborate with IT units concerning assets compliance audits and take ownership of ITSM Asset Management Tool.
