In this role, you will work closely with the Team Administrator to support the office in all general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, managing courier services, attending to visitors, maintenance of meeting rooms and taking care of office and pantry supplies. In addition, you will have the opportunity to take on administrative support for the team, such as arranging travel bookings for the team, collating and preparing meeting materials, processing expense claims and scheduling meetings for the team.

You will be reporting to the Team Administrator and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should come with at least 2 years of relevant experience in providing administrative support within a corporate environment. You will need to have a positive attitude towards learning and be open to managing different tasks concurrently. Being able to work independently (after the initial learning phase), coupled with good organisational skills, will contribute to your success in this role.
