RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the operation of Financial Lines Department to help achieve the planned objectives of the company.

As a Finance Analyst on the Assembly & Test Finance team, supporting MSB Site Assembly & Test Manufacturing Operations, your primary focus will be providing effective operational finance support through performing cost financial reporting, and supporting the reporting processes through data management and data analytics.

Areas of Responsibility

· Work within local and regional operating processes and claim handling procedures to ensure that quality claim service is rendered to all stakeholders in accordance with Chubb claims philosophy.

· Effectively manage and supervise Financial Lines claims underwritten and reported in Singapore against policy terms and conditions, company guidelines, local operating procedures and claims management guidelines.

· Collate claims information and data within Singapore as required for reporting purposes including verifying completeness and accuracy of reports.

· Recommend modifications and improvements to established procedures to improve productivity.

· Attend to claim enquiries and feedback, maintain positive relationship with all customers, brokers and service providers.

· Work with internal colleagues to manage accounts, contribute to discussions with business units for products developments and loss control.

· Ensure that appropriate claims management and underwriters are made aware on a timely basis of specific claims issues or trends which may impact underwriting decisions.

· Manage and supervise claims to finality within designated authority and Chubb claims management guidelines.

· Ensure that loss reserves are set and maintained in accordance with Chubb guidelines, timely updates of claims data made into systems and correctness of systems and file records.

· Use external resources in accordance with the Chubb guidelines and philosophies. This includes the engagement of appropriate service providers where required and management of such providers and cases towards timely and effective resolution.

· Document and collate Financial Lines claims processes and controls.

• Education: CA with 6-8 years of Experience in Finance management and experience in Big 4 Audit firms would be desirable

Job Description:

• Assist the Lead Planner and / Project Services Lead in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and schedules in alignment with project key dates and milestone.
• Schedule Management: Support the Lead Planner in monitoring project progress against established schedules, identifying potential delays, risks, and manpower resource histogram.
• Assist in implementing corrective actions and mitigation strategies to optimize project timelines.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Establish task list necessary for the planned roll up values that will be loaded for the Primavera Scheduling software for schedule network analysis.
• Collect, compile, and analyse project data and performance metrics to support decisionmaking and facilitate accurate reporting on project status, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Establishing of productivity norms based on earned value measured against actual output.
• Resource Coordination: Collaborate with project manager, engineering teams, procurement buyers / expeditor to coordinate resource allocation and utilization, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to support project activities, work front and timelines.

• Experience in coordinating and managing multiple contributary owners (Eng, Proc, SubCon etc) to ensure project milestones are met.
• Proficiency in tracking project progress, preparing progress measurement and reports, and adjusting the plan as necessary.
