Requirements:

• Demand Planning & Analysis Develop weekly and monthly PSI analysis reports.

• KPI Management Monitor SFA/Channel PSI coverage rates and inventory management (DIO & aging inventory).
  Analyze troubled areas by model to improve KPIs.
  Publish weekly PSI KPI reports to share results and analysis.
  
• Coordinate S&OP Meetings Provide statistical sell-out and channel stock analysis.
  Discuss action logs for pending issues with all stakeholders during meetings.
  
• Channel PSI Managemen tUpdate and analyze channel PSI (sell-out analysis).
  Review overall forecasting.
  
• Managing EOL/NPI Products Track PRM and keep track of EOL/NPI sales and inventory status.
  
• Inventory Management Monitor and check long-term inventory and DIO regularly to optimize inventory levels.
  
• Shipment Planning and Monitoring Monitor shipment plans and shortages for respective products.
  Reduce supply issues and optimize inventory levels.

Requirement

• Min. Diploma in Business Administration or Logistics.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in SCM, Inventory planning, Order management.
• Excellent analytical/problem solving skills.

Job Scope:

· Review and analyse historical sales data trends, understand demand drivers, prepare forecast data, and evaluate forecast results.

· Coordinate cross-functional activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.

· Interact with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers.

· Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool.

· Provide input to the Supply Planning team in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.

· Closely coordinate and communicate customer action plans with supply planning

· Review sales forecast and ensure it is aligned with budget and recommend adjustments to subsidiaries accordingly

· Review monthly promotional plans with subsidiaries

· Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process

· Improve relationships among planners, sales, marketing which will lead to effective knowledge sharing and an optimal consensus forecast to better guide the company.

· Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned by the Supply Chain Manager, or such other persons as the Company may direct from time to time.

Requirement:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management

· Strong analytical and organizational skills

· Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all stakeholders

· Well versed with Ecxel

· Experience with SAP is a plus

· A good knowledge of forecasting tool such as FurturMaster is a bonus

· At least 2 years of relevant working experience
