Position: Customer Service Executive
Location: Jewel, Changi Airport
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
Manage the front counter:
- Perform cashiering duties.
- Upsell beverages and other offerings.
- Plan and manage the floorplan and reservations for each event show.
- Provide excellent service to enhance the guest experience (Fri, Sat & Sun availability required).
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work Fridays to Sunday
- Customer service or hospitality experience is a bonus
What We Offer:
Salary: $2,800 per month.
