The Opportunity

• It will start off as a 12-month contract

The Job

• Work closely with designers & collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to make sure we are heading in the right direction when it comes to design systems & standards
• Tackle the behemoth tech systems and legal restrictions of a bank. Your product manager will become your best friend. You'll message the tech lead more than your parents. You'll get a crash course in finance law.
• We do respect the privacy of people with headphones-on, trying to avoid eye contact. So you'll have the time to actually produce work you're proud of.
• We want to hire people who have opinions, believe in their ideas and are willing to fight for them. But we also want people who can recognise when a better argument or solution is put before them. All of us participate in user testing, and so will you.
• Like we said, producing good work is not good enough if it doesn't get built. We love you, Dribble/Behance. It's not you, it's us. You will meet stakeholders from different departments and articulate your ideas so clearly that you'll become an honorary Toastmaster.

The Talent

• End-to-end designer: you can turn high-level requirements into well-posed problem statements, wireframes, prototypes or Powerpoints for the management teams.
• Strong working knowledge designing Enterprise Applications like dashboards and complex workflows.
• Speak confidently and clearly about design and build lasting relationships with our stakeholders.
• Not afraid to improvise—to think on your feet—when required.
• Ability to brainstorm the next big thing one moment and still tweak pixels right before launch.
• Ability to prioritise (you don't focus on illustrations if the UX looks like a love child between Frankenstein and Krusty the Clown).
• Work smart and are ready to improve processes.
• Enough curiosity to stay savvy about industry and UX trends.
• Confidence in your ideas and the ability to communicate them clearly.
• Follow through—when built, your designs actually look and work like they should. You monitor products after launch and are ready to suggest improvements.

Web Designer

The role is responsible for assisting to shape and conceptualise the visual identity for our clients’ websites. The candidate should possess web design creativity skills to apply ideas and visions into design and content for the clients’ target audience to help achieve their marketing objectives. Responsibilities:

• Working together with our Web Design team to design clients’ websites that will suit the needs of our respective clients
• Design and Edit key pages on the website according to campaigns and business objectives
• Problem Solving for any Graphic Issues on websites
• Work on new design requests and implementing them
• To be kept up-to-date on current market trend and continuously improve on producing innovative and attractive web design contentComposition – excellent composition skills to determine where to locate page elements and balance the overall look and flow of the page;
  Typography – familiarity with typographical principles and practices, considering font choices and sizes and how they work within the page
  Image editing – optimizing images for desktop or mobile browsers

Front Desk Executive (People-centric)

• Provide superior customer service to welcome all guests, staffs, and agents
• Provide a consistent Guest welcome and registration process for individuals and groups
• Attend to needs of sales agents and assist with usage of equipment within the office

Other duties

Reception floor & Meeting Room Management

• Take ownership of the Reception floor and meeting rooms, re-setting, keeping the rooms and spaces clear and in functioning order
• Ensure that open office floor and meeting rooms are clean, presentable
• Ensure beverages / refreshments are made available to guests, where necessary

Telephony

• Managing day to day incoming calls to general line, and transfer to relevant parties as needed

Office/ Admin Management

• Receive incoming shipments such as office supplies, mails etc., and ensure smooth handover to various departments
