Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:15 PM (inclusive of a 45-minute lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reception & Front-Desk Duties:

• Attend to front-desk duties in the General Office, greeting visitors, staff, and students.
• Handle telephone calls and walk-in inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel as needed.

1. Mail and Deliveries:

• Receive and distribute incoming mails and goods deliveries.
  Arrange and process outgoing mails for posting.

1. Administrative Support:

• Maintain and update school records and compile data as required.
• Assist in preparing resources, handling logistical tasks (e.g., taking photos/videos), and supporting school programs and events.

1. Student Assistance:

• Attend to unwell students and assist with basic first-aid or provide other necessary care.
  

1. General Administrative Tasks:

• Provide support for various general administrative tasks as assigned by the school.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum Education: Diploma or GCE ‘O’ Level or higher.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in at least two languages, including English and a Mother Tongue language. Preference will be given to candidates fluent in both English and Mandarin.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interpersonal Skills: Pleasant disposition with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience: Relevant experience in administration and/or customer service is preferred.

Chugai Pharmabody Research Pte. Ltd. Position – Research Assistant in Cell Biology and Technology Unit

Job Scope:

· Tool generation – expression vector construction and molecular cloning, protein expression, stable cell lines development

· Drug screening – ELISA, FACS, cell-based functional assay, confocal microscopy, SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting, qPCR etc.

· Cell culture – Suspension cell culture and adherent cell culture, 3D cell culture models, such as spheroid, organoid, organ slice and organ-on-a-chip

· Lab management

Requirements:

· Degree in Biomedical Science/Biotechnology/Molecular Biotechnology or a related field with at least 1-2 years of related working experience.

· Familiar with basic laboratory procedures especially mammalian cell culture.

· Experience in Molecular Biology, Protein Chemistry, 3D Cell culture, Cell engineering, Flow Cytometry, Confocal Microscopy, NGS analysis and other relevant skills will be an added advantage.

· In vivo sample handling experience is plus but not necessary.

· Programming skill ,for example Python, is also plus.

· Working experience in either industry or academia is welcome.

About the Strategic Communications Unit (SCU)

The Strategic Communications Unit (SCU) is responsible for creating, implementing and delivering timely, clear, concise, and effective messaging and communication strategies to enhance the corporate profile of SNEF and promulgate SNEF’s key messages across all media platforms.

The SCU produces and disseminates information, messages and publications to relevant stakeholder groups through internal and external communication and works to raise the profile of SNEF internally and externally through the development of communication and media strategies that promote the mission of SNEF.

The SCU will

• develop and deliver SNEF’s strategic communications framework specifically for policy
• communications, and ensure the framework includes but is not limited to identifying the communication priorities, objectives and narratives and producing an 18-month rolling integrated plan showing all the key activities against these priorities.
• drive the communications roll-out of key programmes, projects and initiatives.

This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Developing key messages and communications strategies in line with the policy
2. objectives to shape public perception towards policies put forth by SNEF and tripartite partners.
3. Providing leadership support in managing crisis communications.
4. Developing recommendations to enhance communications outreach and applying them to shape policy narratives and refine campaign strategies and approaches.

Assistant Manager/Manager (SCU) - Branding and Marketing

• Branding and Marketing specialist
• Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy to drive the SNEF brand relevancy and consistency in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting SNEF’s prioritiesCreating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with SNEF brand direction

Job Requirements for Assistant Manager/Manager (SCU) - Branding and Marketing

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field (essential)
• At least 1 - 3 years of working experience in the related filed with expertise in branding, marketing and/or communications experience
• Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills (candidate will need to go through written and oral presentation)
• Able to work independently with minimal direction or supervision
• Must be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines

• Skills in copywriting, editing and video communications are a plus
