• Keep detailed records of all items entering and leaving the Centre, maintaining an organized inventory to ensure efficient management of resources.
• Take responsibility for the accountability and maintenance of all equipment and assets within the Centre, ensuring they are in good working condition and readily available when needed.
• Maintain basic cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene of the Centre, ensuring a safe and comfortable space for seniors and volunteers.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• A passion to work for a non-profit organisation.
• Eloquent with communication skills and enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life.
• Resourceful and well-versed in Microsoft Office, organised and detailed oriented.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in supporting/organizing events and/or working with seniors and volunteers would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior team members in identifying and mitigating risks.
• Establish new customer accounts for incoming clients.
• Compile and maintain weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
• Ensure timely responses to RFQs and sales proposals, maintaining client satisfaction.
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

• Minimum 'O' level and above
