Job Description:

• To factory capacity and customer demand of each subsidiary in Asia Pacific to create accurate supply/demand forecasts and ordering plan.

• To purchase orders and liaise with factories and forwarders on stock replenishment and shipping plan.

• To execute allocation strategies (order to factory or pick from stock) to ensure optimised inventory in each subsidiary.

• To work on Production order prioritisation for selected products

• To ensure SAP master data management such as set up of price and item code.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree, preferably in Supply Chain/Business/Engineering discipline

• Skills required: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially data analytic tools such as Pivot Table, Vlookup, Power Query

• Experience in ERP system: SAP - At least 5 years of experience in inventory planning

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations and coordinate with 3PL warehouses to resolve inbound and outbound issues.
• Coordinate special operations with 3PLs, like transloading, to optimize goods movement.
• Start outbound order processing with 3PLs based on demand and logistics plans.
• Investigate and report damaged goods incidents.
• Advise logistics planners on products to be returned to a site based on stock needs, optimizing storage space and product mix.
• Maintain and update the emergency distribution plan.
• Develop detailed demand and capacity forecasts for goods.
• Create weekly resource forecasts based on stock arrival schedules and rotation strategies.
• Produce weekly forecasts on site utilization rates to predict when a site will reach full capacity.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, focusing on warehouse operations or stockpile management.
• Strong understanding of 3PL operations and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in spreadsheet software (Excel preferred) for data analysis and forecasting.

• To be responsible for implementing Management of Change (MOC) as required by the client.

• To check the planning package submittal by the sub-contractor and recommend the management for its approval as the project/maintenancebaseline.
• To review actual daily progress submittal by the sub-contractors which include the Actual progress S-Curve & Manpower Histogram, to ensure alignment with approved baseline.
• To plan and forecast work schedule of weekly and monthly work and set productivity to be achieved.
• To maintain baseline schedule, and update current schedule periodically and analyse the effect of any proposed changes and any additional activities in the project, using Primavera P6 software or any other planning/scheduling software.
• To update the management on any schedule variances.

Requirements

• Preferably Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of Project Planning experience in Oil/Gas and Petrochemical Industries preferred
• Demonstrate Primavera Project Planning software of P6 operating expertise.
• Ability to apply Critical Path Method planning techniques to develop detailed Engineering and Installation Project networks and schedules.
