• Working Hours: 6 days (Mon-Fri 8.30 am-6.30 pm, Sat 8.30 am-5 pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to transport trailers (up to 40 feet or more) safely and efficiently.
• Perform general work tasks assigned by supervisors when forklift operations are not required.
• Ensure proper handling and loading/unloading of goods using the forklift.
• Conduct routine checks on forklifts to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures during operations.

What will you do?

• Build and consolidate market and competitor intelligence.
• Establish regular communication channels within the Power System community.
• Develop go-to-market (GTM) and licensing strategies tailored to the zone, country, and segment.
• Prepare and drive business cases for new growth opportunities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Drive saturation of Power Systems within the cloud & services provider (C&SP) segment through effective planning and execution.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications
• Have at least 8 years of experience in the energy industry
• Have at least 5 years of experience in technical support for LV/MV/Transformers
• Ability to push initiatives forward and demonstrate convincing power.
• Understanding of the license business.
• Proven ability to develop business cases for new growth initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of competitors in the energy industry.
• Excellent collaboration skills, particularly with non-Power Systems teams.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.

Principal Responsibilities

• Work with Senior Portfolio Manager to develop, implement and execute investment strategies.
• Manage live portfolio risk daily to ensure the portfolio operates within defined risk limits.
• Research new investment ideas, building investment thesis or models.
• Hands on trading and execution.

• Develops mid-and long-term Life Cycle Assets Replacement plans.

• Lead a team of maintenance staff to provide efficient and effective soft Facility Management services, Building-related equipment maintenance, M&E, Commercial and Estate Management services.
• Prepare and manage the budget and cyclical maintenance of Building Fabric & M&E Assets/Equipment at the clients' premises.
• Maintain effective and timely reporting processes and activities to the respective client.

-Proactively engage customers and build good rapport through understanding of students and their progress development.

-Engage in effective sales pitch through familiarising with Tree Art curriculum and programme.
