• Clean, organize and replenish items such as alcohol swabs, plaster, syringes, gloves, etc. in doctor's room. Ensure equipment are working properly.
• Able to check and reply to emails promptly.
• Assist in administrative work like keying of invoices, checking of mailboxes, claims
• House-keeping to ensure clinic is neat and tidy. Replenish items when running low.
• Secondary duties include aiding the clinics’ marketing/ advertising/ communication campaigns or projects
• Any other duties and conduct that are reasonably expected of a clinic assistant in a medical clinic

Requirements:-

• Minimum GCE 'O' level
• Wiling to travel to other clinic when required
• Good in customer service and communication skills
• Require basic computer skills
• Able to work according to the clinic operating hours

Key Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Orders.
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal divisions to ensure received items meet quantity and quality standards.
• Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and delivery orders.
• Address product quality concerns and inconsistencies with suppliers.
• Monitor warehouse stock levels to ensure adequate inventory.
• Maintain up-to-date records of suppliers, goods, costs, and lead times.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding documentation (e.g., MSDS, product specifications).
• Conduct weekly inventory checks.
• Participate in the annual stock take.
• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
