• Manage the general administration of the office including cleaning services, courier services, re-stocking of office/pantry supplies, update and maintenance of office/company accommodation facilities & equipment (e.g. air-con, printer, contact list, IT assets etc)
• Handle admin duties, i.e. printing of name cards, season parking, preparing new joiner welcome package, updating notice boards, handling mail, processing vendor invoices etc.
• Manage the reception counter, i.e. answering & directing office phone calls, attending to visitors and delivery services
• Manage office celebrations, events and programs
• Manage company rented accommodation (i.e. purchase bedding, rental flat cleaning & aircon servicing etc)
• Manage company membership and licenses, i.e. BCA, GEOSS, corppass, LTA Road tax renewal for company lorries etc
• Arrange gifts/hampers for employee events (i.e. condolences, childbirth etc)
• Handle hotel & air travel arrangements (i.e. business trips for management team, home leave passage)
• Prepare expense claims for Management team
• Manage uniforms (twice a year)
• Be part of the Wellness and Green Committee
• Any other ad-hoc admin duties

Requirements:

• ITE, Diploma qualifications preferred
• 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
• Familiar with Office 365 suite and proficient in MS Office - Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently
• Detail oriented and meticulous

Senior Machinist

• Working Days: Monday-Thursday
• Working Hours: 7.30am - 7.30pm // 7.30pm - 7.30am [Rotated shift]
• Location: Woodlands Sector
• Salary: $3500 - $4000 + VB

Requirements:

• Possess at least 5 years of working experience in manufacturing and mechanical environment.
• NITEC in Precision Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to use basic measuring instruments, gauges and measuring techniques.
• Able to follow instructed job layouts and operate Lathe/Turn-Mill machines. Ability to operate 4½ and 5 axis is a plus.
• Able to calculate, set and modify machining parameters (speeds, feeds, depths of cuts tapers etc.)
• Demonstrate ability to interpret engineering drawings with multiple views and machining surface.
• Must be able to work 12 hours rotation shift.
• Able to manage a team of 5 machinists.

Job Scope:

• Understands procedures, work orders, blueprints, and set-up sheets and receives verbal work instructions to plan the job layout with as few set-ups as possible.
• Sets-up machine as required using prescribed detail and operating procedures.
• Promptly reports any operational problems or safety issues with machinery, tools or equipment to Line Leader.
• Actively participate and stain high level of 5S.
• Safely performs all duties and keeps all employees aware of dangers in the work area.
• Practices good housekeeping in assigned areas and properly dispose of waste accordingly to safety and environmental policies.
• Able to set up tools with little guidance. Gathers required tooling and fixture or places order if necessary.
• Identifies the type of material being used and corrects or modifies tooling call-outs, offsets, speed and feeds to allow for variations in the material.
• Performs the majority of machining operations needed to complete the part. Consistently meets or exceeds manufacturing, safety and quality targets.
