Job Responsibilities

• Staying updated on and adhering to all Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements for employment.
• Attending relevant courses as needed and providing feedback on MOM updates to the company.
• Collaborating with employment agencies to source qualified candidates and conducting interviews to select suitable hires.
• Maintaining accurate records of staff leave and other HR documentation.
• Overseeing general office administration, including handling purchases for office supplies and pantry needs.
• Managing vendor relationships, including cleaners and other essential service providers.
• Sourcing reliable vendors for the company and managing company assets, including renewals of memberships, vehicle VPC, road tax, and insurance.

Requirements:

• Previous HR experience is not mandatory, but a willingness to learn, attend HR courses, and a passion for HR are essential.

Job Description

• Lead and manage full spectrum of HR functions including strategic Human Resources development, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, process and compliance, handle of Grievances and Exit procedures
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to support project growth

Job Requirements

• Candidate with at least 6 years relevant experience is preferred
• Degree in any qualifications
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be added advantage
• 5.5 days / 6 days work week (Alternate Saturday)
• Has knowledge to use payroll software such as Whyze
• Willing to work in Construction Site
• Independent, good communication skills, able to work well under pressure
