Job Description:
1. Channel Development: Responsible for developing new channels in the designated area, finding and establishing cooperative relationships with potential customers.
2. Channel Strategy and Planning: Formulate and implement regional channel development strategies and plans based on the company's overall strategy and market demand. Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics, and adjust channel development strategies to respond to market changes.
3. Sales Target Achievement: Set and track individual and team channel goals to ensure timely and quality completion. Analyze sales data, identify sales opportunities and challenges, and formulate improvement measures.
4. Market Research and Feedback: Conduct market research regularly, collect and analyze market information and customer feedback. Feedback the research results to the relevant departments of the company to provide a basis for product improvement and market strategy adjustment.
Job Requirements:
1. Education Background: Bachelor degree or above, marketing, international business and other related majors are preferred.
2. Work Experience: More than 3 years of channel sales experience, familiar with the designated regional market is preferred.
3. Professional skills: Have excellent market insight and analytical skills. Proficient in sales negotiation skills and customer relationship management skills.
4. Understand international trade rules and processes, and have the ability to handle cross-border business.
5. Have good stress resistance and teamwork spirit, and be able to maintain a positive working attitude under high-pressure environment.
6. Willing to travel.
Other information:
Hybrid working, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
Salary up to S$8,000 dependant on experience + commission, AWS.
