Salary: $2,000 - $2,300 + OT + Allowances + AWS + VB

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare packing materials; pack, unpack, and move goods in a safe manner that prevents damage
• Prepare shipments in and out of the warehouse
• Inbound Cargo – Receive accurately all incoming shipments; sort and place received merchandise for put away/storage as per directed /undirected WMS work order
• Outbound Cargo – Pick / pack /stage merchandise for delivery locally or externally as per directed WMS work order
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Upkeep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
• Report any discrepancies
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Comply with standard operating procedures and safety procedures in handling merchandise and use of DC equipment and vehicles.
• Execute all other logistic operations activity as and when directed by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Able to perform overtime per business requirement
• Requires to lift 5-15kg(approx.) merchandise as well as the need to stand for long period of time.
• Preferably familiar with handheld scanner & computerized warehouse system
• Preferably have equipment maintenance and record-keeping knowledge
• Able to lift carton manually
• Follow all SOP and company standards and legal regulations to ensure safe and positive work atmosphere.

Store Assistant

Job Scope:

• Issue, picking & packing of spares etc. according to order confirmation for local and overseas shipments.
• Ensure timely delivery.
• Inform shipping department once goods are ready for despatch;
• Responsible for receiving incoming goods, unpacking, uncarting, and subsequent storage, checking against packing list and inform discrepancies.
• Ensure adequate stock of all packing materials and warehouse consumable supplies.
• Housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Monitor stock level and recommend replenish of stock and inform shipping dept to issue purchase order to third party suppliers for missing items.
• Proper labelling of stock.
• Involved in periodic and annual stock taking.
• Keep all the information and documents confidential and file documents in order.
