Job Description

• Improve operational systems & processes in support of business objective
• Prepare management reports, manage information flow, business process & planning
• Manage and improve effectiveness & efficiency of the office operational needs and support services including IT
• Participate in long-term planning including operational excellence
• Preparation of monthly sales report, sales forecast, budget & monthly Supply Chain Management planning submission
• All customer service functions to our distributors and stakeholders
