About the Role:

Taco Bell Asia Pacific is looking for a commercial manager to lead strategy, drive special projects and manage aggregator and other commercial relationships to build a solid foundation for expansion within the region. The role will work closely with the regional leadership team and key franchisees to drive growth.

Areas of Focus:

Regional Strategy

· Analyse market and F&B industry data to identify trends and growth opportunities

· Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives, including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

· Provide financial modelling and analysis for growth initiatives (e.g. new market entry, M&A, development agreements)

Franchisee Partnership:

· Collaborate with key franchisee leaders to develop market-specific annual plans, 3-year strategy and long-term vision

Project Management:
