• Employee Documentation:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a HR executive/generalist or relevant position; fresh graduates that are passionate and driven with relevant educational background are welcome to apply

Job Scope

1. General Security and Safety:

c. Checking and ensuring that the doors of all rooms are locked before leaving School at the end of duty hours

d. Activating the School’s security alarm system before leaving School at the end of duty hours

2. Cleaning duties to support School’s general cleanliness

3. Logistics support for school programmes and events (e.g., assist security guard to maintain traffic control during big events, arrange tables for school examinations etc)

4. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Operations Manager
