Roles & Responsibilities:

• Process redemption replies to Authorized Motor dealers
• Pre-process interbank GIRO application forms.
• Perform data entries for financial and non- financial updates to system
• Pre-process and generate ad hoc letters for Auto Loan customers
• Perform administrative functions
• Ensure all requests are processed within specified service standard, timely and accurately
• Escalate any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager

Key Requirements:

• Min. 2 year of experience in financial institutions, with Credit operations or knowledge would be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft office 365 i.e. Excel
• Ability to multi-tasking and manage different activities
• Good team player
