• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

• Experience with the human resources information system (HRIS)

• Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations

• Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork

• Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning

• Coordinate and conduct various company training programs, including orientation, on-the-job training, and vendor training.
• Develop and enhance training materials to ensure consistency and quality of training delivery.
• Communicate with stakeholders and external parties to address training requirements.
• Analyze service metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement in training effectiveness.
• Lead Training Needs Analysis to identify annual training program requirements.
• Manage training administration duties and maintain accurate training records for audits.
• Organize and update the library of training resources and aids.
• Provide support for performance management and appraisal processes.
• Foster a positive team culture and contribute to team cohesion.
• Undertake any ad-hoc projects or tasks as delegated by management.

Requirements:

• With Diploma or Higher in related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in related working experience.
• Well-versed in MS Office Applications.
• Excellent Communication Skills
