Training & Development

• Set up competencies framework for key positions and identify core competency gaps to be bridged with training and development programmes
• Ensure that training programmes are useful and relevant to target audience
• Ensure learning effectiveness of training programmes and propose recommendations for any improvement

The Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in HR, Talent Management or similar functions
• Experience and/or qualifications in HR specialist areas such as learning and development an advantage
• Strong understanding and demonstrable experience in core HR management and people practices
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proven ability to function as a HR business partner, including providing strategic counsel
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across cultures and levels of seniority
• Self-motivated with the ability to deliver under pressure and without constant oversight
• Resilient, adaptable and comfortable with change
