Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Executive to join our team. As a HR Executive, you will play a vital role in executing various HR duties. You will be responsible for handling recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, salary and benefit administration, offboarding activities, and employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment processes such as posting job listings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding employees
• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboard to offboard, ensuring a smooth transition between the various stages with the right processes, documentation and information.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to advise and interact with employees of all levels
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Knowledge of local employment laws, e.g. Employment Act, CPF Ac and etc is preferred
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Google Workspace like Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Integrity and high level of discretion is required in this role
