Responsibilities：

• Responsible for payroll administration and submission of documents (inclusive of CPF and Income Tax)
• Day to day general HR operational and administrative support
• Maintain accurate updates of employee records and all HR related information
• Responsible for weekly and monthly payroll reports for management's review
• Submission of government-paid claims such as Training Grants, NS claims, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave and other government related claims
• Handle labour market surveys
• Leave administration
• Manage Employee Life Cycle administration e.g. new hires, termination, confirmation, transfer, performance management process
• Conduct staff orientation
• Any other HR duties as may be assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• At least 1 year of Payroll experience
• Able to commence work immediately or with short notice
• Analytical, meticulous and numerically inclined
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive work attitude, and able to work under pressure
• Knowledgeable in employment act and government regulatory guidelines
• IT savvy and proficient in MS Office

• Perform full spectrum of HR and administrative support.
• Handle work pass applications, renewal and cancellation of foreign workers and process claims of government grants such as maternity leave and childcare leave applications.
• Responsible for monthly processing and submission of payroll and reports.
• Review, enhance and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of HR and admin experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry.

Customer Service Executive

Salary: $2,500 - $3,000

Working hour: Monday - Friday (8:30AM – 6:00PM)

Working location: Toa Payoh

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and register them in the service management system following the call management process and quality compliance requirements
• Assign and dispatch Field Services Engineers (FSE’s) to assign service orders based on the advice of the FSE with helpdesk / response center duty or the Team Lead Field Services (or Service Delivery Manager) in the district
• Coordinate inbound / outbound delivery of parts, and local shipment to customer site
• Plan & coordinate the Preventive Maintenance schedule with customers & FSE.
• Escalate to CS Delivery Manager for non-compliance
• Prepare services and spare parts quotations to customer following the Quotation Process and process customer purchase order for services and spare parts
• Compile service reports, parts delivery notes and other supporting documents for the purchase order invoicing
• Create quote based on requested services from a customer and send the approved quote to the customer.
• Follow up delivery status of ordered spare parts. Identify delivery issues and take corrective actions timely by working closely together with suppliers and physical distribution to resolve the issues
• Knowledge in using vlookup and pivot table in Excel is added advantage
• Any adhoc duties assigned by Superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE "O" Levels or above
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in SAP, MS Office Applications and possess good knowledge of Excel (Pivot table and vlookup)

Showroom Executive (Brand & Customer Experience // Home Appliance)

• Working Days: Mondays to Saturdays 9am to 530pm
  *Off on every Sunday & 2 off days each month
• Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 + Commission

Key Roles

1. Advise and handle all enquiries relating to our products.

2. Maintain the showroom in a pristine condition

3. Preparation of Sales document, product deliveries and reports.

4. Support the Customer Care Department in resolving all customer related queries/requests across our available modes of communication

5. Assist Supervisor on any other tasks as instructed Qualifications & Experience
