Responsibilities:
· Diary management, including organizing internal and external meetings
· Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
· Handling application access requests and approvals for business activities
· Recording client meetings in Compass and registering events in the Global Event Management System
· Creating roadshow schedules for business travellers
· Preparing travel and expense reimbursement reports and following up on actions
· Arranging and organizing business travel requirements
· Managing office supplies and inventory
· Providing ad hoc administrative support
Skills and Experience:
· Experience supporting large teams in the global banking or financial services industry, particularly within Global Markets or Front Office
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
· Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and timeliness
· Proficiency with tools like Compass, Global Event Management Systems, and expense platforms
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
