Role Purpose:

To deliver year on year sales and revenue growth targets for the Lonza Cell & Gene Technologies (CGT) business unit. To proactively identify and build a pipeline of deals with new customers and to build relationships with assigned target accounts. ROLE

1. The primary responsibility for the role is to initiate contact with potential and existing customers to generate and qualify sales leads, promote the company’s entire suite of services and “products / supply chain solutions“ and identify sales opportunities. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3. Manage sourcing of customers. Build and maintain relationships with customers and assist and direct team members in sourcing and growing customer base.

5. Monthly financial analysis including determining overall success of current customer profiles in terms of revenue and profit.
6. Determine current rates offered by competitors.

Your key responsibilities

· Define and prioritize market opportunities and threats. Anticipate market shifts, supply challenges, regulatory changes, and other external factors that may impact competitiveness. Monitor competitive landscape and define mitigation actions in alignment with Global Sugar Reduction team

You bring

· Bachelor's degree in Food Science required

· Minimum 10 years of experience in the flavor industry in commercial role
