Qualifications:

8. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.

9. 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the Crypto/Blockchain industry.

10. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including web and mobile applications, with a focus on crypto or fintech products preferred.

11. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc., and familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Framer.

12. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

13. Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts.

14. Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies.

15. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
