Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the group’s consolidation, reconciliation, budget & forecast, cost management, financial analysis and business activity reports
• Assist in preparation of materials and reports for Board, Audit and other Committee Meetings
• Assist in the financial year-end process which includes co-ordination with all Group entities for reporting and the preparation of Group financial statement
• Handle tax matters which would include the quarterly GST filing, corporate tax computation and transfer pricing compliance
• Monitor and report deviation of revenue and expenses including key value drivers
• Identify weak internal controls and propose mitigating measures to strengthen these areas
• Assist in new ERP system implementation and process harmonisation for the Group
• Liaise with auditors, financial institutes, government agencies, company secretary, tax and accounting agents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Accounting
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in audit/group consolidation of accounts
• Meticulous, Strong analytical skills and proficient in MS Office
• Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
• Familiar with SGX listing reporting requirement and experience in system implementation is an added advantage
