• Your main role is to perform troubleshooting and repair works for the Refrigerated Container (Reefer) in PSA Terminals (including onboard vessel).

The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Engineer assists the MEP Manager and Project Manager in supervision of all MEP works at Project Site. Ensuring that works carried out by construction coordinators and subcontractors are in accordance with specifications, drawings and stipulated work programme. At the same time making sure that quality requirement, standards and MEP construction materials are efficiently utilized. The MEP Engineer plays a key role in coordinating with client’s representative, consultants, subcontractor, other trade coordinators, and BIM (Building Information Modelling) team, and managing a team of construction coordinators to ensure project is completed profitably.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Site preparation and co-ordination, preparation of submission documents.

2. Plan and co-ordinate on the project progress & schedule and ensure timely completion.

3. Assist Project Manager in Project Management/Engineering & Site Construction activities for solar project.

Responsible for the overall control of project quality and technical work, managing core technologies, organizing the formulation and implementation of major technical decisions and technical plans

Participate in joint review of drawings and program demonstration, review and approve construction plans, formulate construction process parameters, and review and approve relevant technical materials for bidding and bidding work.

Master and supervise project construction and installation progress, quality, safety and cost, etc.

Solve technical problems at the construction site, organize the identification and handling of major quality accidents, conduct inspections of the construction site from time to time, monitor the quality of the project at any time, and promptly summon relevant personnel to deal with problems found.

Based on the self-inspection data reported at the construction site and preliminary inspection data from third-party inspection units, the project quality is evaluated and corresponding emergency plans are made.
