1. Various guidelines of MAS , MOM and HO are adhered to while preparing and modifying the policies.

Staff / HR matters

Maintaining of staff records, payment of salary, bonus etc., to staff, proper maintenance of leave records, issuance of itemized pay slips, providing good working conditions, providing safety to staff
