Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Construction M&E, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the systems design & calculation, cost estimation, and preparation of plans and engineering design (BIM, CAD) following code and standards (SMACNA, ASHRAE, SS COP, FSSD, NEA).
• Review and approve supplier/contractor's submissions for completeness and compliance with specifications.
• Supervise and review site works, ensuring they align with design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Develop project schedules, monitor project progress, and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
• Lead and manage the M&E team to ensure project quality and deliverables are met on time.
• Organise and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all progress and changes are tracked, and variations are promptly communicated to stakeholders.

The Gallery Manager oversees the operations of the gallery. He/She ensures gallery facilities such as multimedia kiosks, lighting and air conditioning is functioning well. He/She manages the development and fabrication of exhibits and presentations. He/She oversees the installation and removal of exhibits. He/She takes care of documentations and reports for the gallery. He/She may be required to handle the commercial and marketing aspect of the gallery and its exhibits as well.
