Job Responsibilities:

Summary

The Senior IT Engineer is responsible for managing and supporting the IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions. This role provides IT support over the phone and in person to non-technical end-users and performs basic device support independently. • Work on incident response and resolution targets in an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) environment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications:

Education:

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• Required: 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management and support.
• Preferred: 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management and support, with a focus on enterprise environments.
