Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and review IT strategy and roadmap to meet growing needs of the Organization.
• Partner with business owners to provide guidance and support on IT matters pertaining to Applications and Systems owned and developed by MOH, AIC, and/or PHIs.
• Partner with business and process owners to leverage on IT in support Organization's vision and mission.
• Provide leadership and guidance in digitization and digitalization efforts of the Organization.
• Provide consultation and guidance to the Organization and act as single Point of Contact for all IT matters.
• Manage IT Security to safeguard Organization interest including developing Security Policies and Procedures, and implementing measures as advised by the relevant authorities.
• Provide and maintain network and systems availability and uptime that meets the needs of the Organization.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

What you might need to have:

• Recognized Degree in Information Technology or Computing Science.
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in various aspects of IT and 5 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Experience in IT development life cycle, Project Management and Data Analytics.
• Prior experience in Healthcare IT would be an advantage.
• Must be self-directed, independent yet able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Director of IT is responsible for the following task but not limited to the below:

• Oversee hotel IT Services team from managerial aspects and provide guidance to ensure all technology based questions can be answered promptly.
• Manage the day to day operations and scheduling of IT colleagues.
• Ensure that the team consistently provides a high level of operational stability for property based technology, and high levels of service and support to colleagues and guests
• Maintain and promote core technology standards and maintain Accor best practices in respect to property systems.
• Ensure that Accor Technology Policies and Procedures are carried out, according to The Finance & Accounting Policy Manual and as outlined in the Systems Manager user Guide.
• Provide technical expertise and project management for all technology projects.
• Provide twenty-four hour support for mission critical systems as documented in the service escalation document.
• Attend operational meetings as required.
• Effectively communicates technology related plans, actions and decisions with the hotel team.
• Contribute to Technology Services knowledge base.
• Implement and maintain backup and emergency procedures to ensure integrity of programs and data at all times.
• Be fiscally responsible by adhering to set budgetary guidelines.
• Provide point of escalation support to Accor team.
• Assist and support the hotel’s strategic plan implementation.
