Job Responsibilities:

• Consolidate demand forecast for oleochemical products from business and sales team and timely update the numbers to production planning.
• Liaise closely with sales and business team to enhance forecast accuracy by anticipating effects of market trends, activity, seasonality and demands.
• Work closely with production planning, sales coordinator and logistic and freight department to ensure supply cargo is ready on time to ship.
• Work closely with regional sales team to ensure timely shipment and replenishment of bulk shipment products.
• Coordinate the execution of monthly bulk shipment program to the regions and track their progress.
• Proactively communicate supply status and potential risk to business and sales team to ensure supply continuity.
• Participate and contribute in monthly planning meeting with stakeholders.
• Develop reports needed to do demand and forecast error analysis and yearly budgeting reports and ad hoc reports if required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in supply chain management or technical discipline.
• Experience in supply chain operations or customer facing roles in palm or oleochemicals related business would be preferred.
• Possess a positive attitude, drive and strong business sense.

Job Descriptions

• Executes all duties related to the Hotel’s front office operations, such as registration of guests during check-in, checking/verifying guests' particulars, updating of room status, departure calls/checks etc.
• Cashiering duties (compute and collect applicable rates from guests) including trial balance and shift closing
• Answering inquiries by guests (email/phone/at the counter) and render reasonable assistance/services within the expectations of keeping with excellent hospitality standards
• May be tasked to execute room checks, reservations and public area checks etc. as part of the Hotel’s effort to offer staffs more holistic training, towards possible promotion

The PR Senior Account Executive (SAE) will be responsible for assisting in executing all aspects of account work within their dedicated practice, as well as performing ad-hoc administrative assignments as needed for the benefit of the clients and the agency. The SAE plays a critical within their practice by supporting the PR team in creating content, media pitching and client relationship management. Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains productive relationships with clients, as well as with the editors, reporters, bloggers and influencers with whom he/she will regularly interact

• Possesses excellent writing and editing skills. The AE will be developing all manner of content for media pitching, including pitch letters, press releases, byline articles, specification sheets and media announcements. • Works with account supervisor to develop and implement program strategies and assist in the writing of public relations plans and conducting media/blogger “pitching.”

Requirements:

OR
