2. Technical Support:Respond promptly to service issues and requests from customers.
   Provide technical support to address a wide range of IT-related concerns across various customers.
   
3. On-Site Support:Offer on-site support for IT issues at customer offices, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
   
4. IT Inventory Management:Perform and maintain an up-to-date IT inventory list for customers.
   
5. Server Management:Handle server-related issues through the ticket system.
   Escalate complex server issues to the server supplier TAC (Technical Assistance Center) and diligently follow up on resolutions.
