Role Summary

The Project Manager in the cybersecurity team (SMEE) will be responsible for the

successful implementation of ICT infrastructure/ Cyber-security projects from contract

award to system commissioning and/or service support and maintenance.

He/She will lead an implementation team comprising engineers with different

technological and domain skills-set to ensure effective and efficient implementation

of projects to meet the contractual requirements. This includes to manage

stakeholders, internal project team, subcontractors/ vendors, time, budget, schedule

and risk management to deliver our commitments to our customers. In addition, he

will need to work with other functional groups such as finance, legal, PMO and

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead, plan and manage assigned projects within the business group, in

account in the areas of Cyber Security System and Services, system infrastructure,

• Adapt and implement NEC project methodologies, processes, documentation

tools and measurements in relation to project management.

• Plan, coordinate and prepare implementation strategies to meet key project

milestones such as delivery, tests and payment milestones.

• Managing integration of various Cyber Security System components of the project

including hardware, software installation, testing, business process review,

redesign, application compatibility testing, data migration and data conversion

etc. Familiar with Cloud System Project and implementation, Cyber Forensic

software / package is an advantage.

• Create project specifications, schedules, planning, execution, operation as well as

securing of resource requirements.

• Overall coordination and management of cyber security related projects through

its whole project lifecycle and ensure that projects are delivered on time and fully

mee to the customer requirement and compliance to security standards and

policy.

• Provide progress updates on assigned tasks for all projects in the weekly project

meetings as well as technical guidance on operating procedures and new

projects.

• Ensure that projects performed are compliance with Government Cybersecurity

standard and to adhere to industry practice ISO quality standards and project

management’s model.

• Ensure all Service Requests and assigned projects’ tasks are completed as per

agreed schedules.

• Ensure that the Service Delivery is able to meet the Service Level Specification and

to ensure smooth running the system operation.

• Play an active supporting role in the development of project office within the

customer environment to achieve defined functions and capabilities.

• Reviewing project documentation to ensure that it meets customers requirement

and conforms to quality management process, standards and procedures to

minimise rework and system failures.

Project Team Management

• Oversee project team members to deliver project on schedule and cost while

meeting project requirements.

• Defining project resources, performance reviews and post implementation

evaluations

• Initiate, organise and attend project meetings and ensure project teams are kept

fully informed about project progress, tasks, action plan and deadlines.

• Work with team member to manage and resolve issues, risks, dependency, and

impediments that may impact on successful project delivery.

• Coordinate project team members to ensure that project progress is reported in

an accurate and timely manner to all stakeholders and project teams.

• Lead team members to ensure that all projects and products are delivered with

quality as a priority and that appropriate levels of testing and technical

governance is carried out in accordance with internal standards and contractual

requirements.

• To keep abreast of relevant technological developments in order to improve and

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer

Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of experience (as project manager or technical project manager)

and proficient in project management (Cloud System Environment) with proven

Roles & Responsibilities

• To lead in BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies.
• To liaise with Project team on BIM implementation based on Project Need & requirement.
• To prepare, execute and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• To have good understanding of the project requirements and ensure its delivery.
• To handle Design Development, contract documentation, Authority submissions, pre-consultation, site meetings and project meetings.
• To monitor and ensure drawing submission schedule is achieved.
• To manage process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with Consultants, clients and stakeholders.
• Detailed Engineering knowledge with design and Engineering experience.
• Detailed knowledge of Singapore code of Practices, regulations and specifications for the construction industry.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in BIM Management with at least 5 years experience in large scale building / civil projects with main contractor in Civil Construction Projects.

Requirements

· Diploma or Bachelor degree in Civil, Structural or in a related field

· At least 5 years of working experience in large scale infrastructure projects

· Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability

· Ability to communicate effectively and clearly

· Must be self-motivated and able to work independently

· Willing to travel to Tuas Nexus Drive work site ( Transport provided. Pick up at Boon Lay MRT)

**Salary will commensurate with work experience**

• Delivering the agreed-upon Gross Margins for the business while maintaining high levels of staff commitment and satisfaction and customer satisfaction and retention in complete accordance with the Group's IMS is the main goal of this position.
• In close collaboration and communication with the Board of Directors and the Senior Management team, other goals include corporate governance, business expansion and enhancement, and tactical management of the Group's operations with the aim of realising the Group Vision.

Qualifications:

• Education: Marine/Maritime background as a sales and marketing executive
• At least seven years of experience working for a reputable maritime services company
• Should possess a background in the maritime business and be known as a visionary in the field.
• Dedicated, focused, and ambitious to innovate within a typical maritime business.
• They ought to be able to view the company as a whole and make equal contributions to the group and the business.
• Good communication skills and the ability to manage and lead others are essential.
