Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Knowledge of “good laboratory practices” and cGMP quality guidelines and regulations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an On-Site Service Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing full-time technical service and maintenance support for our LED Screen client at a Singapore and APCP site venue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LED screen, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Provide on-site first-line, emergency, and preventative service to our client, involving extensive troubleshooting, and the replacement and/or repair of LED screens.

· Coordinate product returns and/or exchanges with the service department.

· Perform daily/weekly/monthly preventive maintenance and dusting of designated exhibits & rack room areas.

· Conduct video projector lamp changes and ensure proper disposal or recycling of lamps as required.

· Manage and maintain spare LED screen equipment and consumables inventory, including timely communication with the client when re-ordering points are reached.

· Assist in the training of the client's staff and new personnel operating these systems on a daily basis.

· Provide technical phone/remote support, answering questions and offering troubleshooting suggestions to customers.

· Submit all documentation in a timely manner, including material and labor reports, preventative maintenance reports, expense reports, job costing records, and timesheets.

· Perform other activities and responsibilities as directed by the client within the scope of LED Screen systems.

· Be accountable for the overall customer satisfaction of the site's LED Screen systems.

Skills:

· Excellent understanding of LED Screen systems with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting experience.
