Responsibilities:

Monitor all financial aspects of the project to ensure the project is within the budget.

Liaise, coordinate and have good rapport with the team members, consultants, client,

contractors, suppliers and architects

Prepare and analyze cost comparison

Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers

Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off

Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments

Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors

Involve in managing and reporting of project budget & cost control

• Operation of Leica Robotic Total Station and Leica Digital Level (higher models)

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or equivalent
• Willing to work outdoors and at the site
• Good communication skills
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience on large-scale infrastructure projects
• Candidates with LTA; MRT; viaduct projects experience will be at an advantage
