Job Description

The incumbent will act as a key member for one of the most sought-after Master’s programmes at the NUS Faculty of Science. The dedicated person will work with the programme manager to ensure the smooth delivery of the self-financing programme and ensure its service standard. By working with the Programme Manager, Programme Director and the Deanery members at the Faculty of Science, he/she will contribute to the Programmes’ end-to-end administration including admission, programme management, alumni relations, and other related portfolios. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following -

• Work closely with the Programme Manager, Programme Director and Dean’s Office for the overall administration of the Master’s programmes throughout the student lifecycle.
• Contribute to the daily management of the MSc programme, from programme administration, teaching matters, course registration, exams, to graduation.
• Help manage the programmes’ admission cycles by handling document verification, application enquiries, and assisting in the selection of candidates, to upkeep the programmes’ quality.
• Organize student activities such as orientation, workshop and gatherings.
• Undertake other administrative duties related to the Programmes/Centre for Data Science & Machine Learning if needed.

Qualifications/Requirements/Other Info

• Degree from a recognized university, postgraduate degree preferred
• Programme management experience, preferably 2+ years of experience as programme coordinator and partnership development in the higher education sector
• IT-savvy and proficient in MS Office
• Meticulous and possess good organizational skills
• Motivated, self-starter with ability to contribute to strategic planning, and perform duties independently

- Remuneration is based on a 12-month salary structure, with annual variable bonus which is subject to incumbent’s performance and the University/School’s prevailing remuneration policies.

- The incumbent will be emplaced at an appropriate appointment grade based on his/her individual merits.

Job Purpose

This role will be responsible for the delivery of advertising sales revenue target across NBCUniversal portfolio. We are looking for someone who demonstrates teamwork, not only by contributing to the team revenue target by hitting their own, but also collecting and sharing market intelligence, creative ideas and knowledge with team peers.

Essential Responsibilities:

• To develop and sell creative solutions across TV, digital and events that stand-out from the competition.
• Evangelise the content partnership successes and develop award winning solutions in response to client content needs.
• To manage and limit cost of sale expenditure in client packages.
• To undertake accurate and timely revenue forecasting and reporting as required for NBC Universal Management.
• To manage Salesforce entries, from fielding lead enquiries to pitch & closed/won entries.
• To liaise with Finance & clients, to facilitate billing/invoicing questions.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage and support essential administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient office operations and uphold company standards in various administrative tasks, including monthly claims processing, petty cash management, travel bookings, and office supplies coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monthly Claims Processing: Compile, review, and submit monthly claims in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
2. Petty Cash Management: Maintain and manage petty cash transactions, reconcile expenses, and prepare financial reports as needed.
3. Basic Accounting Duties: Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry for financial transactions, maintaining records of accounts payable and receivable, and supporting month-end financial closing activities.
4. Travel Bookings: Coordinate and book travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, and other travel-related needs.
5. Stationery and Pantry Supplies Ordering: Monitor inventory levels, order necessary office supplies and pantry items, and ensure timely replenishment to avoid disruption.
6. Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintaining a well-organized and efficient work environment.
7. Office Upkeep: Ensure that the office premises are clean, safe, and conducive for work by liaising with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs as required.
8. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed, including document preparation, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
