Job Description

• Welcome and attend to the customer providing an excellent one-stop experience at all times
• Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach
• Be proactively engaged in maximizing sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs
• Prove Brand and product knowledge
• Ensure and maintain the showroom and visual display
• Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the manager when necessary
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding reviews, analyses, objectives and planned activities

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Level in any field
• English & Mandarin to communicate with mandarin speaking customer
• Valid driving license is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Can-do attitude and self-motivated, be a good team player
• Energetic, enthusiastic character with passion
• With positive mind to adapt dynamic environment

Job Scope:

• Handle full or partial accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and balance sheet management.

• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Manage tax-related tasks and oversee GST invoice submissions.

• Work closely with auditors to facilitate year-end reporting and audits.

• Develop budgets and forecasts to support effective cash flow management.

Job Requirements:

• At least one year of relevant experience.
