Requirements:

· A theological degree in a relevant field with a deep knowledge and understanding of ministry work in church environment.

· At least 3 years’ experience in young adult, youth, or family ministry with practical knowledge of leading faith-based programs and engaging with different age groups.

· Possesses strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.

· A team player with great passion for working with volunteers, young adults and families.

· Be willing to work on Sundays.

1. Job Functions:

• Provide case management support and counselling services to residents and their families
• Plan, review and conduct rehabilitative programmes for residents
• Prepare, maintain case files, prepare Individualised Service Plans (ISPs), progress and closure reports
• Refer residents and their families to appropriate agencies for further intervention
• Analyse trends and emerging needs of counselling and case management services
• Direct and oversee the planning, development and implementation of case management services and projects
• Develop and implement outreach and communication plans for halfway house’s services
• Provide supervision, guidance and advice to social workers and social worker aides
• Conduct regular meetings with team members regarding the service delivery and standards
• Ensure that the halfway house’s Programme meets the mission, objectives and procedures of case management services

2. Candidate Requirements

• At least a Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Sociology from recognised universities
• Registered as an Accredited Social Worker or Social Service Practitioner will be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of relevant social work experience in the field, preferably working with offenders, and with at least 2 years of supervisory experience

5 days work week

Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities

• Handle operations in the cruise division which includes planning and arranging ground transportation, hotel bookings, shore excursions and other related services.
• Assist with field work when cruise ships or guests are in town.
• Work over the weekends and during public holidays may be required when cruise ships or guests are in town.
• Assist with the planning of ground operations prior to ship / guests’ arrival.
• Manpower planning for staffing on the ground during field operations.
• Create new and unique tour programs.
• Provide invoices for accounting to close after each cruise assignment.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned.

• Able to work during weekends and public holidays when required
