Overview:

Job Scope

· Revenue reconciliation

· Handle accounts receivable transaction and update receipts from debtors

· Review AR aging trial balance

· Preparation and posting of subvention receipts

· Perform bank reconciliation and cashflow projection

· Handle daily clinic cash collection (backup)

· Prepare journal and audit schedules

· Assist with other ad hoc tasks.

Requirement

• Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

Job Description

• To coordinate various administrative, facility matters

• To communicate and update various departments on facility matters, related to on-site facilities management.

• To work closely with in-house Integrated Facilities Management

• To manage maintenance issues and conduct daily inspections to ensure quality standards are being maintained.

• To assist in facility projects with minor Additional and Alteration works and office renovation as assigned by reporting supervisor.

• To source for appropriate vendors, handles procurement request orders

• Assist in Admin related work as assigned.

• To undertake ad-hoc/cross functional projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in related field

• Min 5 years of relevant experience in similar Office, Admin, Facilities Settings
