Our Client is a leading real estate developer and property management company that provides value added services to a portfolio of projects. With increasing projects in the pipeline locally & overseas, they are seeking for a Admin Executive (Leasing) to join their local team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer a portfolio of retail malls
• Responsible for lease documentation, audit checks, arrears management, tenant and other related lease management functions.
• Track submission requirement for all lease documents
• Liaise with Finance on the set up of leases in SAP, billings, monitoring and compilation of monthly reports such as tenancy schedule, gross turnover and audited statements from tenants

Requirements

• Min GCE ‘A’ level or a recognized Diploma certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a retail mall environment, and with a good understanding of tenancy matters
• Proactive and well-organized. Able to work in a fast pace environment.
• You should be meticulous, diligent, a team player, independent and process initiative.

Other Information

• Location : North / South
• Working days : 5 days week
• Salary : Up to S$5,000 +/- Negotiable (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
