• Facilitate approvals of publicity and creative requests between local offices and Home Office.
• Consolidate campaign marketing reports during and after release.
• Support region’s merchandise needs including gathering & submission of orders, facilitating creative approvals, and managing delivery.
• Contribute insights and ideas in creative brainstorms for marketing strategies.
• Monitor market trends and prepare any ad-hoc reports as needed.
• General data and information gathering, collating, and reporting.
• Assist with presentation decks.
• Assist with administrative sales and distribution coordination as required.
• Ad-hoc administrative support as required such as travel management for the team.

To support Television Distribution Marketing in APAC for sales pitches, customer support and event organization. Television Distribution Marketing is a B2B marketing that support our licensees to launch our shows on their broadcasting platforms. Our team will be supporting our clients on TV Series and FILMS that are under NBCUniversal.

Your responsibilities may span the following areas:

• Assist in marketing materials to support client’s promotional activities.
• Research on show information to include in the pitch deck.
• Reformat of pitch decks from LA to cater to clients’ pitches in Asia.
• Assist in sales pitches presentations.
• Manage and update company database for marketing contact in APAC.
• Assist in organizing marketing events in Asia.
• Assist the marketing team in administrative tasks.
• Assist in creating quarterly newsletter for Asia.
• Reformat marketing strategy decks to allow relevant information for different clients in different markets.
