Legal Counsel (Global Manufacturer - Regional Sales Division)

The Legal Counsel will manage all legal and compliance matters, providing commercial legal advice to stakeholders and employees. Success in this role requires navigating competing business issues to deliver relevant and astute legal guidance.

Responsibilities

Legal Duties:

• Provide advice on various laws, including corporate, commercial, employment, competition, intellectual property, privacy, litigation, anti-corruption, and consumer protection.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements such as Sales/Distribution, Procurement, Sponsorship, Consulting, and License Agreements.
• Review marketing materials and advertisements.
• Manage legal and compliance processes and systems.
• Oversee legal disputes and litigation, including coordination with external counsel.
• Offer legal advice to Headquarters (HQ) as needed.

Compliance Duties:

• Administer the company’s compliance program, including:
  1. General program administration.
