• Maintain project schedules and project cost summaries to track work progress, budget status, and manpower resource utilization.
• Escalate and identify the need for additional services and fees.
• Assist with Shop drawing reviews as required.

• Provide administrative support to the teachers on project basis;
• Provide administrative support to the school such as covering reception duties in the General Office on a daily basis (e.g. answering phone calls, attending to students, parents and school stakeholders);
• Assisting as a safety chaperon e.g. chaperon to students going on external Learning Journeys, etc (as and when required); the Personnel should be covered by insurance provided by company;
• Provide administrative support such as packing, sorting & distribution of materials or items;
• Maintains and updates data records including stocktaking of resources;
• Perform other general administrative duties e.g. filing and typing;
• Provide necessary support in school events;
• Provide assistance in any other duties as assigned by the school.

Qualification:

• Preferably a GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
• At least 3 years experience working in similar capacity in a primary school environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint).

• Oversee all logistics related to fleet operations, including GPS tracking, administration, and vehicle servicing.

• Establish a robust vehicle management system to oversee repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards across all fleet management areas.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high service standards.
• Organize regular vehicle maintenance check-ups and manage documentation for all fleet activities.
• Lead and manage drivers, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
• Assess performance metrics to drive enhancements in efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vehicle leasing companies and service providers for long-term partnerships.
• Recruit, train, and guide the delivery team, fostering a cohesive and high-performing environment.

The Successful Applicant

You should have a Diploma or a Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, or related field and experience. You should have knowledge of fleet servicing, fleet scheduling, fleet analysis, and operations. It is essential that you are capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities effectively. You should be proficient in using computerised fleet management software/tools. Having a valid Class 3 driver's license is preferred.
