Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Prepare and manage weekly and monthly invoicing for customers.
• Submit AR transactions through the customer online portal.
• Prepare monthly statements of accounts.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries.
• Handle staff reimbursements.
• Provide backup support to team members as needed.
• File and scan documents.
• Willing to take on additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

• Perform receiving, verify and pack incoming shipment/deliveries, to highlight if there's any discrepancies, damage or delay to relevant parties in timely manner
• Perform good housekeeping and maintain cleanliness and tidiness in back of house (BOH) at all times
• Ensure stocks are well organized according to store SOP
• Perform price tag requisition for damage / missing tags with the Merchandising team.
• Perform weekly merchandise check in BOH to ensure price tags are correctly labeled to physical stocks.
• Keep proper document records and stock control movement.
• Perform weekly store to store transfer; and reconciliation of stocks between stores
