Assisting the Assistant Director (Corporate Services) and be responsible for handling all the HR functions including recruitment, training, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations in Boys’ Town. Ensuring smooth HR operations on a daily basis and provide quality customer service to both internal and external clients. The incumbent needs to help to coach, counsel, and discipline HR employees. FUNCTIONAL – HUMAN RESOURCE

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
